Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unused water filtration system or filters in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
